If you are like me, I have tons and tons of recipes laying around in piles. It always seems like I can never find the recipe that I want, when I want it. So, I have been working on going through each of my recipes, sorting out the ones that I like and throwing away the ones that our family didn't like. Then, I am compiling them into 3 ring notebooks with clear plastic page protectors, and putting them into categories, such as poultry, beef, crock pot, desserts, etc. I have my Top Secret Recipes in a separate notebook... Those are our family's favorites!!!:)
I like to use this form: http://organizedhome.com/printable-recipes-try-0 that way I can see what recipe I would like to try, and in what magazine to find them. Using this, I put a star by them if we like them or cross them off if we didn't like them.
There are a couple of other forms for recipe organization on the "Organized Home" website, that are really helpful as well.
